GTA V wont launch after last update

It just says GTA V exited unexpectedly... even with original update.rpf, this is the first time Im experiencing it. I tried to disable mods folder, scripts folder, or remove scripthook.dll nothing helped. What gives here? Someone please help

it happens to me, but when I disable ASI LOADER and
OPENIV.ASI works, obviously without mod

@Rocco-Siffredi what the fuck... I thought they said they dont have anything against mods in SP. Bunch of stupid greedy pricks. What do you want to do about this problem?
