Manual Transmission & Steering Wheel Support v4.5.3 causes cars to bug out.

So I've been fighting with this for sometime. This script (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/manual-transmission-ikt) causes ANY CAR I step into to go completely batshit insane and glitch out.
It makes the wheels go inside the car, making as if they've disappeared, and also making the car slide around like it's on ice. The cars become useless considering I still can't drive them.
Anyway to fix this?

@krashadam Have you tried v4.6.0-alpha0? This should fix the bugs you're having.
The shifting code changed in the latest GTA build and ikt still needs to implement some fixes which is why it's recommended to stay on 1290 if you can't live without the script.
