Anyone bringing ability to be CEO to SP? ( ͡ō ͜ʖ ͡ō)

As the title says, I'm wondering if someome's gonna make it possible to buy offices and warehouses like in the Finance and Felony DLC released recently. It took, if I still remember correctly, a couple months for @3dplanet to release his fully-working Yacht Deluxe mod. Similarly to what happened there, I hope that a "Become CEO mod will be released, where youyou'll be able to buy, as said before, offices and warehouses. Offices like:
Maze Bank Tower: $4 million
Lombank West: $3.1 million
Arcadius Business Center: $2.25 million
Maze Bank West: $1 millionAbove I have the original online prices. however, to give realism (in SP since it is easier to earn money, too), i would suggest multiplying the prices by 25-50x. Same goes for warehouses.
Any thoughts? I'm still in the middle of University entrance tests so I have been, and still am, out of the question on development of any mods, at this time.

@Phnx Yeah I'm very much aware of this. @3dplanet made the Yacht Deluxe mod, a great success; and @ImNotMentaL made the SPA mod. Finally, I will hope @MAFINS, since he's such a talented scripter, might be interested, although I wouldn't think so. He seems keen on making his only contribution (Still a great one) the Menyoo Mod.
