How to upload an app?

Hello. I added a lot of cars around Simon's Car Dealership making it look more realistic. If I want to export and upload the map onto here for others to download it as well, how can I do so?

Depends on what you're using. If you're using Menyoo then the saved data should be in an XML file under GTA V/Menyoo/Spooner/. Then just package the XML (and optionally a readme file) in a zip/rar/7z archive and upload it here, following the rules of course.
