Missing Customization

For some reason, even though i can spawn them, the Sultan RS and Banshee 900R have no customization at all? nor in LSC or in Benny's, just turbo suspension and respray. Any help?

@DavidFliesHunters did you possible play around with the tuning files? Have you checked in a trainer to see if you can add stuff to the cars?

@Reacon i haven't touched it, never added it to mods folder either. And these 2 cars have no customization even in the trainers.

@DavidFliesHunters try going into the vanilla files, taking out the sultan and banshee then put them in your mods folder

i tried to replace the .rpf with a fresh new vanilla one, and still no customization....
