Best way to Experience MP Content in Single player

So I was thinking about this and looking around but I have not found a definitive answer. I'm looking to do my 6th or so playthrough of SP and I wanted to know. Is there a good way to integrate stuff like the new DLC cars and boats etc as well as the other MP aspects into the game seamlessly without having to use a spawn in trainer?

You can try DLC/Add-On Vehicles Spawn on Traffic by I'm Not MentaL. The text document in i has the model names, so you can lso add custom add oon cars to it as well if you wanted to.
