So you can get the deluxo and jetpack ( and more) by spawning them ig with the key " ² " entering deluxo or thruster but can't remember the control for the deluxo sorryas said jitnaught, try to make your question a bit more clear and don't repost the title inside the topic, i know it can be hard for some to exprime themself in english, but some people here aren't really that cool with non english/american so to increase your chance make it as clear as you can.
@Jitnaught understand that we're on an internationnal modding community and that some people just can't talk english as well than other.
Your answer is right to ask him to clarify what he's asking for i'll not deny that his question is not really clear so , on that you do your job.
On the other side, if you did a minimum effort, you'll have understand that he just wanna use Mp vehicle to Sp, doesn't require 180 iq to decrypt that, just a try wich is something moderator should do ...Sorry if i'm a bit rude in my answer, don't take it bad nor personately, but there is enough people that don't help other who don't handle/speak/write english that well ... , if moderator begin too, on an international community, that pretty shame ...

@Shaezbreizh Yes it's a possibility that could be what they're looking for but there's no way to know for sure until the user responds since the question is so vague. I appreciate the feedback and agree that adding the info you provided may have been helpful.
Please let it be known that I wasn't and am not "trolling" the user because of their lack of ability to write in English. If the user's first language is not English then the user should use his native language, since like you said this is an international forum; we have no rule regarding languages and have users from all around the world that speak many languages (and we have Google Translate).

Since Rockstar are doing their moron blocking Mp vehicle in sp, a " deluxo and jetpack mods " mean a way to get them in solo i suppose

When English proves undoable, peeps should just use their native tongue. Take advantage of that! Very few forums I know allow that.

Still, I don't get why he's asking for a mod. What's there to mod?! EnableMPCars.asi should still work, especially since both the deluxo and the jetpack are from the previous Doomsday Heist Update.

@IDedSecI Here you go, just drag the .asi into your GTA5 root folder assuring you've installed ScriptHookV and you're good to go! Use a trainer to spawn the jetpacks, assuming you know the name to spawn them with.

There's rarely a good reason to make fun of anyone. Wasn't that your initial objection to Jitnaught?!
Don't worry, though, I have a pretty thick skin.I still mostly concur with @Jitnaught, btw. The onus is on the original poster to try and make themselves as clear as possible, and don't let others play the guessing game. That's not a judgement, btw, but simply a matter of psychology: right or wrong, ppl will think "If you can't be arsed to make an intelligible starter post, then I can't be bothered to help you."
You did decipher his issue/request, though; so, kudos for that!
