@krissboo Gonna test a theory out for this later. I think I just need to make the four rgba textures the same size as the diffuse. If it works, then I will release it tonight. I also am doing something about the underwhelming concrete walkways and such.

@Shaezbreizh I tried removing the four rgba textures, and the results were even worse - see screenshot here -
Notice now how flat it looks? It was just as you said. Tomorrow, I will try making these four textures 2k to match the diffuse.

@eshenk would have been smarter to start by trying to increase size, i said you fur was using this texture and that it will cause issue ;S
but at least now we are sure about what they do

@Shaezbreizh Grass is no longer a possibility I think. I have fought with this all day. I could give you what I have done, and you would see the same results. For some reason, no matter what I try, the textures are butchered. I also have noticed other troubling things. I replaced a sidewalk texture on portola drive, that codewalker told me was the texture I was pointing at. In-game, however, I still see the vanilla texture. I am very near ready to call it quits, LOL.

@eshenk about fur grass as i said you it isn't a good idea to touch it since it use many parameter, except if you plan to arrange the material/uv mapping/etc wich is way harder than a simple retexturing, so yeah would be a waste of time, anyway it's correct as it is and doesn't require retexture in my opinion.
About sidewalk, well TrollStar did their texture in a weird way that no one understand ( there is many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many many manymany many many many many many many many many many many many time the same texture in game file and this is valuable for each resolution) ( i think there is more time a single same texture only in 1024 res that the word "many" in my comment lel .....)I guess there must be multiple giga that could be removed ( same thing happen to some prop where they keep unused prop in gamefile after update wich is totaly useless and not professionnal )
Maybe you should try to take a look to gtxd texture ( x64g if i remember) or may you already ?
