Do we need a car de-spawner tool with the latest Super Sport Series DLC

After every update we got some new cars to use in single player but unfortunately Rockstar has blocked the vehicles in the past. I'm using mpchristmas2017.asi at the moment as car despawner but it seems not be available on this site and it isn't updated anymore so my question is; can we just spawn the new vehicles with a trainer and use them in singleplayer and if it is blocked is there is a new tool that bypasses this

@Cyron43 : I already use this trainer from the beginning...so i don't have to use mpchristmas2017.asi anymore so that tool it is now integrated with Simpletrainer?
