Convert MP3 to AWC?

I want to make some AWC for my GTAV loading music
How you make them? Is there any way to convert it?

@R3dSt0rm extract it as open formats to desktop, and replace the files in the folder then import open formats in openiv again

@R3dSt0rm @Reacon Also mind their filetypes (.wav) and their Hz, sounds don't work at all if you don't set the Hz correctly.
Oh, and volume. Volume's important. You won't hear jack shit if the volume on the sound file is too low.
