I want to play GTA 5 finally

Guys please help me find or suggest to me what are the best mods for:

1. Graphics
2. Difficulty Increase
3. Realism

I just want the above 3, so could some one please direct me to the best of the mods for those categories, will much appreciate it. Thank you very Much!

If you want mod some files by yourself, look at these files (open with OpenIV):

• dispatch.meta (Cop Response Times, longer wanted levels, longer police searching)

• pedaccuracy.meta (ai shooting accurracy)

• pedhealth.meta (health of npc's)

• relationships.dat (Change relationships between gangs, player and npc, etc.)

This is just a small collection of my mods I use, there are a lot more...

I have one to add to the list for realism. The "Weapon Jamming" mod makes it seem more realistic so that after shooting for a while it would jam and you have to keep pressing a key to fix it. Kinda like Far Cry 2.
