Adding New Police Vehicles

Like the title says, I'd like to add New Police vehicles to the dispatch sytem, in order to be able to cruise around in the streets and make it possible to dispatch and hunt the player.
Which files do I need to modify?
Note: I'm using the Hot Pursuit Police Pack by Game68240.

@Red_Eagle Dispatch.meta, Popgroups.ymt and Vehiclemodelsets.meta (maybe)
My tutorial has a section about modifying dispatch.meta.

@Red_Eagle Some cars in the Hot Pursuit Police Pack like the Viper and the Chiron may cause problems if you have civilian versions of them. Like Aige's Viper.
