[SCRIPT] Tank turret camera behavior (solution badly needed!!)

The titel says it all. I saw an older request of that kind, but the forum functionalty recommanded to open a new post, so here I go:
I am sure not to be the only one, who like to see all of the tank while just driving around and frankly I am quite sick of seing the turrets always follow the camera. My guess is, that there could be some sort of "empty weapon slot" defined in one or more of the script files.
A working solution might generate some proper donations
