Alternative Cloudflare?

I living in South Korea. I'm have trouble slow speed at certain times. I thought it was an Internet problem, but it was not.
So I called the ISP. The answer is, "We don't know." I found that gta5-mods uses Cloudflare service. What I know is that there is a Plans. (Free, Pro, Business etc) I compared the sites. Some sites using this service were fast and slow. here belongs to the latter.Personally, I really hope to replace this service. This site has a terrible response time and download speed in certain times.

Perhaps there aren't any nearby CDNs where you live? Not really sure. I doubt Cloudflare is the problem.

@Jitnaught The CDN appears as an NRT (Tokyo, Japan). Some websites using cloudflare appears as Seoul, South Korea - (ICN).

Please consider to change Cloudflare service. There are many services to replace. I need to turn on VPN to use this website. With VPN, experience reliable speed. Contrariwise, Without VPN, It shows abject speed.

Unfortunately 5Mods is integrated heavily into CloudFlare and we do not have any plans to change that any time soon. Sorry.
