Reshade & ENB related issue - ENB doesn't work with Reshade
-
Had this issue for sometime. Reshade doesn't work with ENB and I want to change some settings through ENB so my Reshade settings can look better.
If anybody else had this issue and knows a fix for Directx10 settings then do respond here. Thanks.

@krashadam try this, i think it's what you're talking about
-
@Reacon I think you're gonna get a laugh outta this... it didn't work.
No but seriously, though, it didn't work.
-
@krashadam idk man, i use reshade but not enb
-
@Reacon Well I'd like to use both since my Reshade settings will look like shit without ENB.
-
@krashadam what settings you got on?
-
-
@krashadam what reshade settings
-
@Reacon Just some color tints and lighting darkening, just to make daylight look less like shit since vanilla GTA5 doesn't know what realistic daytime is let alone NIGHT TIME.
-
@krashadam my night time is literally pitch black and my daytime is much more vibrant
-
@Reacon You can actually see it in my DRIV3R sound mod thread.
-
@krashadam pretty sure you can see how dark my game is in my most recent upload on 5mods
-
@Reacon That's actually kinda neat looking.
-
@krashadam Sorry if you've already done this but have you renamed your dxgi.dll and your dxgi.ini to Reshade.dll and Reshade.ini. And have you changed the entries in enblocal.ini to the following?
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=Reshade.dlloops my bad - looks like @reacon already posted this
-
@krashadam when you’re driving in the country side it’s impossible to see anything unless you have headlights on

I already tried this but now that somebody said this to me with much more clearer instructions than the guy in the forum posts Reacon linked, I have a reason to try again.
-
@krissboo Aaaand still didn't work. Actually deactivates my reshade and ENB all together.
-
@krashadam Ok maybe it should be Reshade64 instead..
This is from the VisualV readmeIf you want to have ENB Series and ReShade preset at the same time, you have to change name of file dxgi.dll to ReShade64.dll, then in enblocal.ini
change "EnableProxyLibrary" to true, "InitProxyFunctions" to false and "ProxyLibrary" value to ReShade64.dll.
For example:
[PROXY]
EnableProxyLibrary=true
InitProxyFunctions=false
ProxyLibrary=ReShade64.dll
-
@krissboo still doesn't work wtf. Reshade and ENB both don't run.
-
@krashadam I'm confused then, everything I've read says that should work and now i'm wondering if mine is even working!! I shall ask some of the steetwear boiiiz if they know what's going on.
-
@krissboo Let me know when you found the answer.
-
@krashadam yeah i will
@Westcoastsosa @southsde04 You guys got enb and reshade working together? if so how?
-
@krissboo @krashadam I can't remember if they are both working together, but last time I messed around with those files my game was crashing for like a month.
-
@krissboo @westcoastsosa @Southsde04 What if @messi3194 knows about the issue?
-
@krashadam if your reshade and enb isnt working my recommendation would be to use a new d3dcsx_46.dll because i had the same issue b4 and i had replaced it with a sketchy one so try to use a new one
