Car modifications not showing up in game

So I have an issue with my GTA where modifications for certain cars don't show up in game. For example, as I will show below, the YCA Mustang GT shows up in LSC without any body or wheel mods, however there are multiple videos and pics showing the same mod with body kits and custom rims. I have F7YO's gameconfig for anyone wondering, and I have a Social Club copy of the game.

@Prepsi I cannot see any pictures, but there could be numerous reasons. Make sure that you have installed the mod correctly, then try again. If it still does not work, follow up with the mod creator because he will be more of help than most people here.

Does this work? Also, this is with multiple car mods across multiple different authors, so I highly doubt the problem has to do with a specific vehicle mod

@Prepsi try modifying it in your trainer

@Reacon I had a previous thread about this, when I try to put the mods on the car in Menyoo it crashed the trainer

@Reacon Yea, in TrainerV the option to change the part comes up but when I try to switch it it doesn't do anything
