How to skip mission? Crash

My game keeps crashing when Franklin enters simons garage. This is the mission after Franklin visits his mom's home for first time.
Simon raises his arms to give Franklin a hug and Simon is frozen. I can't officially start the mission. I've deleted mods folder. I'm trying not to delete and instal game again.
How can I skip the mission? It is just the start of mission, the intro.

That's hardly a solution if you want to play
You either have a script interfering, disable all to test Or it's gameconfig.xml related. In which case you'll have to find out which poolsizes control missions.
