Where is file to edit camera lock during sex?

The camera lock during sex is bugging me so I'm trying to find a related file to edit. I tried using OpenIV to search for sex/prostitute but found only audio/animation files and the likes. There should be a file somewhere that dictates the camera mode during sex. Halp? I tried downloading extender camera mods but found no related settings.

I don't know if you are serious or not.
In the case that you are serious, I can tell you this.
The detailed settings of all the in-game cameras are located in cameras.ymt.
Sadly, that file is one of three, firingpatterns.ymt and pedpersonality.ymt being the other two, which can not be converted and edited at this point.In the case that you are not serious.

@sinsinz I haven't tried this mod yet (especially not for this case) but maybe it helps:
