[Train] Reverse train route

Basically this mod is about the train route but reverse. The train goes the other way. I believe there is a mod for this but not released yet.

You might want to check out the mod I just released; Local trains will run both forwards and 'backwards' through the city of Los Santos. https://forums.gta5-mods.com/topic/18408/map-released-two-trains-two-tracks-los-santos-local I might make it so that my express trains also run around the mountains in both directions in the future.
