Forums Profile Picture Issue

So I'm here trying to upload a profile picture for my forums page or whatever. The link to edit the forums page image leads to the standard 5-Mods profile editor (which admittedly works perfectly) and not the forums site. There are a bunch of topics regarding this issue, but they all lead to having a moderator or somethin manually change that person's image or the topic is just left unanswered. So I'm wondering if there's been an update to the system or if I'm just changing my picture the wrong way. Any help out with this would be appreciated.

There has not been an update, the problem is still there.

@Jitnaught How have other people been able to change their images? And is their anything I can do myself?
