NPC/Ped spawner?

I'm looking for a script that can let me spawn bodyguards and enemies, customizing their HP and weapons, And their relationship to you, any Ideas?

I'm pretty sure most, if not all, trainers have this capability. I used sjaak327 Simple Trainer to spawn and customize body guards before.
