Can't play golf, taxi missions an tow missions anymore

Just nothing happens at the golf club entry where normally the user gets the message "press E to play golf". No such message here.

When I enter a taxi as Franklin I'm not automatically asked by the dispatcher to pick up a customer. When I press the horn I hear him giving me an order but there is no customer blip appearing on the map.
Also I cannot open the inventory (i key) anymore after that.

Tow missions: As soon as I sit in the tow truck I hear the dispatcher asking if someone is free but I cannot respond.

I thought maybe it's because of the multiplayer map. So I disabled it in all the mods which toggle it but to no avail. The logs don't show any errors. Here is a list of my installed mods (mods I developed myself are excluded because I can guarantee none of them would cause an issue). Maybe someone knows the culprit.

It might be a script that kills the minigame scripts for some reason but since I don't use any .NET scripts and only two of the ASIs (which I know don't do this) I suggest to remove all scripts and see if the problem persists.
But I think it's related to your gameconfig. It's a known problem that missions and minigames cannot be played if certain pool sizes are set to values either too high or too low.

@Unknown-Modder Thanks for telling me about the gameconfig issue. I didn't know about that. I was able to narrow it down. It is definitely related to some openiv mod because everything runs fine again once I deactivated openiv.asi. Bummer!
Well I can live without those missions, no big deal. It would just have been nice to play a round of golf again. You can mark this thread as solved.
