ELS?

So today i downloaded a danish police car https://da.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2012-mercedes-c-class-estate-danish-police-pack-els, and as it says els. I dont know how to use the els because when i open the folder and click els and unused and it said "sample vfc". But i dont know where to put it so i watched alot of videos but in the videos the vfc didnt have the name "sample vfc", and it said what car its for so what do i do?
