My game crashes just after some seconds

First of all,the problem is in the mods folder because when i move the mods folder out of gta v directory,the game works fine with scripts but when i m trying to play with mods folder on the gta v directory,for example i spawn on the hospital kill a people and boom,game crashes.Also I got a question,Did you guys have to reinstall the whole game and mods again after the updates?
I can't upload the log files due to pastebin doesnt open in my PC for some reason,so I think the best way to upload them is simply copy paste the logs here.

@Reacon yes,i was using but whether if its custom or not,it crashed.And i tried without any car mods,the result were the same

@gamerpro023 I'm not sure if this causes the crash but you failed to install NativeUI.dll. The shvdn log clearly shows it.

So,I am experiencing a situation that I never experienced before.The problem is Mods folder itself,I think.If I copy some files from original directory to mods folder and install mods,it crashes,ok that could be normal,but what if I copy some files from original directory to mods folder but NOT INSTALL MODS?Same thing happens.So,whether If I install any mods to files inside mods folder or not,It crashes.Simply the game crashes with mods folder.So we found the problem,can anybody help me ? how do I make the game work with mods folder?

@gamerpro023 My crashes were related to graphics mods - narrowed it down to some of the reshade files but yeah lemme know what mods you got installed and I'll see what I can do

@krissboo Sorry for the late reply but my game crashes whether If Its any mods on the"mods" folder or not.I mean the game crashes when there is mods folder on the directory even with some vanilla files(update,x64a etc. without mods).

@krissboo So I only have VStancer,Manual Transmission,Native Trainer that comes with scripthook,simple trainer,IV exiting vehicle.lua,Lively world,raindrops on car windows,enb only preset from NVR,a field of view mod with dsound.dll(I also got the newer dinput8.dll aswell)Inverse power,quantv.That s all for now,I think there arent any mods installed

Logs for days!
An unstable mods folder points to something wrong with modded archives, but if it also happens with just OpenIV loaded, it might be something else. Have you tried disabling ScriptHookV and see if it still happens?
I know my mods have been unstable in the past, but the most recent versions shouldn't give you problems (Gears, VStancer)

no mods are causing problem.In my case the problem is caused because of the mods folder itself,I mean my game even crashes when I just copy paste the vanilla files from gta directory into mods folder and NOT installing mods on it.This is the weirdest of the many problems I experienced.

Like deinstall OpenIV.asi and everything first. And don't put it on your firewall (or take it off, as the case may be), so it can stay updated.
