    ENGLISH

I recently installed GTA V and it opened normally but when I put it in the maximum resolution it appeared "Analog Off the Scale 129.5Khz / 120Hz" and it keeps that warning on the monitor and it does not go away.

I already tried to reinstall the game but it continues. I tried to change that file "SETTINGS.XML" inside "Rockstar Games / GTA V" by another one that I downloaded here in the site with the minimum configurations. but the problem persists and whenever I open the SETTING.XML file it returns to the old one with the settings at Maximo. as if upon opening the game he rewrote the file. already tried to change the values of the file and save but nothing! every time he opens the game he goes back to the normal script.

Don't do that. SETTINGS.XML will contain custom capabilities of a person's video card, and may vary per user. So, the game will likely reset to a default (high) setting for your own card.

Also, you should inspect your monitor Windows driver/setup utility, to see whether you haven't misconfigured its output refresh rate (at the desired resolution), if you're using just a generic driver. If it can do 120Hz, great! Otherwise, set it to what the specs say it can do.
