Steam_api64.dll not found

So i was playing gta v but suddenly it hanged so i opened task manager to close it but i won’t opened so i restarted and after restarting i clicked gta v to play but it said that steam_api64.dll is missing i checked tje directory i was not there i downloaded another steam_api64.dll but the error changed and it said it is not located in dynamic link library i checked avast Antivirus chest to check if it is there quarantined files but is was not and i checked the windows defender but the same thing
- happened.What should i do plz help.Note:my gta v is [REDACTED] pirated
