Can't start any missions due to a bug from a mod, can't uninstall the mod that's causing the bug.

@tweashh 1. You can't accidentally modify original files because OpenIV warns you with a big red message box and you need to click an accept button if you want to do it anway.
- Just shutdown the game, rename openiv.asi to openiv.asi.off before you want to play missions and start the game.

@tweashh Oh yeah package installers. Somehow I forgot about them because I never use them. I want to know where exactly stuff goes. It might as well be that something overwrites content which is already modded. Rename that .oiv extension to .zip. Open that file and look into the installation XML script. So you know what has been modded. Replace that stuff with vanilla files in OpenIV and say good bye to package installers.
