Someone help me I cant add new cars

I cant new cars and If i add new cars and dlclist and the folder with dlc after i install that and start the game say game close force. after loading while. then if i delete the dlc files and back to dlclist normal is and i start the game the game is good. but if i back the dlc files and dclist with bnw is crash how to fix please help me
