how to fix missions not starting?

hi I'm new to modding in gtav and Need ur help... i installed IVpack + WOV + DOV + VWE and now my missions just wont start...I cant use the vanilla gameconfig because of the addon cars... Is there anyone who knows how to buil a gameconfig that fixes the Problem? Or knows what i Need to modify?

@McMeische You can't play missions with a modified game. Temporarily rename openiv.asi to openiv.asi.off and start the game. I just hope your modified gameconfig is in the mods folder and you didn't mess with the original files. Otherwise you need to get clapped, boy.

@Cyron43 I had the same issue as the OP. Adding ".off" allowed my game to work. What would be the next step, if you don't mind me asking?

@Biggdogg Nah sorry. I have exactly that gameconfig and I still have to disable the openiv redirection.

What do you mean by that? There is no next step. Disable openiv and play your missions. That's it.
I repeat, 'You can't play missions with a modified game'.
