Failed to load story mode and cloud sync conflict

When i start up gta v i saw a message on the of a cloud sync conflict and i wasn't able to load meta data and then i entered Gta v and everything is working find and when i press story mode it says alert failed to load please check your storage device and everything is working fine and it takes me back to the prologue can anyone help me
