Game stutter when using mouse

Hi, my game stutter/micro freeze when using mouse to move the camera. When I'm not using mouse, I get 110fps. I know the culprit is Menyoo mod because when I remove the menu, the stutter gone. I try to google the solution but cant find anything.
My pc spec:
i7 7700k, 16gb ram, gtx 1060 6gb.Gta version: Steam

Menyoo trainer
MP car in SP
