Gta 5 map bugged

Hello I’m running a crack version of gta 5 version 1.4

My map is bugging like, the roads and some other establishments are disappearing But I’m not having any fps drops, I’m using a REDUX graphics enhancer but without this MOD I’m not experiencing any issue, or the issue occurred when I install Add on cars with my folder I don’t know what’s acting up. Even tho i put it in low settings is still shows
