You do not need to take action when going online!

Seen this so many, many times - people thinking they need to remove or rename stuff to go online. As long as you have a mods folder, there is no action required. The asi loader will not load any scripts or anything from your mods folder when going online. That is half the purpose of the asi loader - it detects whether you are playing free-mode or online, and ONLY loads mods when playing free-mode.
Note: The exception is if you have say an ENB and/or a reshade. Those will load when entering online. Would that be cause for a ban? R* said no, but, people have been banned for less, so.....be safe, LOL

You do need to take action. If you try to play the game with mods installed it will automatically CTD the game before going online (unless AB changed how it works in the latest update; I haven't updated). It would be unsafe to go online with the ASI loader loaded into memory, as that's a way GTA V could detect mods. Just rename dinput8.dll to something like dinput8.dll.disabled and you'll be fine.

The way I remember, ScriptHookV will discontinue working (exit the game, even?! I've never tried) when you try and go Online. I haven't heard of the ASI loader switching to vanilla then (but it could very well be true).
