Custom Vehicle Shop

Anybody know how to create a custom vehicle shop? I've searched everywhere and cannot find squat on the topic... I want to replicate the premium deluxe motorsport shop but with a little more space... Any tutorials on how to create a shop from scratch would be much appreciated!
Or if someone else has the knowledge well by all means. Though I'd like to do it myself and my 'request' here is more for proper tutorials rather than the mod itself.

@GTA-Modding-Noob You will need map builder, and possibly codewalker if you plan to have vehicles or peds spawn in it.
