How do I install darker nights?

I would like to install darker nights but to me the instructions are unclear or I just can't understand them. Has anyone installed this or know how to install it and tell me what to do. That would be very helpful.

@Arodriguez253 this is just a reshade / sweetfx setting so you'll have to make sure you've got those installed in your game first. BUT I've had lots of problems with reshade and sweetfx not working with my game and causing crashes so personally I would just download NVR as it has dark nights anyway.
