Game crash after add-on car. HELP!!!

Hi I have added 2 add-on cars and both work perfectly. I have them added one more and now my game keeps crashing as soon as I click go open it up. I have deleted everything to do with this car but still now my game keeps on crashing. I have no idea what to do. HELPP!!!

I am running the newest version of gta 5 and have script hook v updated and simple trainer updated as well. Should I have a gameconfig?
