Custom car doesn't spawn

Hi all,
I'm new to the modding scene, and I think I'm here with a beginner question. I want to add the Audi RS3 (https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/audi-rs3-sportback-2018-add-on-tuning) to GTA5 and I think I have done exactly what was needed but I don't get the RS3 to spawn.
I have OpenIV with the ASI loader and OpenIV.asi, ScriptHookV, GTA5 Redux and Reshade.
The ReadMe that comes with the RS3 tells me to copy the rs318 folder to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks and so I've done.
Then use OpenIV to add a new line (<Item>dlcpacks:\rs318</Item>) in Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
And so I've done too. When I go to GTA5 though, my trainers can't find 'RS318' as a model and when I replace a standard spawn vehicle in the trainer, it says I'm trying to spawn an 'invalid model'.I feel like I'm missing the final step. Could you please help me out?

@Krilynck the vehicle model name could be different to the folder name, go into the folder you added and navigate to vehicles.rpf and see what it’s called
