Can anyone help me out on having unlimited car dlcs?

As the title says, I love adding cars in Grand theft auto 5, I have installed an custom gameconfig, but i only can install upto 30 car dlcs, So i started downloading car packs, but i want to learn how to combine those dlcs by myself, I am a pretty much a beginner in modding so, Some help would be appreciated. Excuse me for my English.

@Skik_The_Gamer add all the handling.meta’s into one file, same with vehicles.meta. Add the vehicle files into vehicles.rpf
