Not able to navigate

Today I installed the Simple Trainer 7.5 for GTA V, now the problem I am having is that I can't navigate through the menu i've tried Numpad, arrow keys etc etc.
But whenever I press on (for example) Pg Up it will spawn a car with 2 bad guys in it (Other keys have different things binded to them)

@Cass I don't think I do, since I can press Pg Up on the Numpad

Well the number pad must return numbers. So activate Num-Lock.
