Two of the .rpf keep corrupting.

I noticed that componentpeds_a_f_y.rpf and componentpeds_g_f_y in my mods folder became corrupt(game still runs fine, just wouldn't spawn anyone from those archives, and wont open in openiv) so naturally i copied the original rpfs from the unmodded game, once i closed openiv and opened it back up they became corrupted again, any ideas?

@DEATHDEALER are you right clicking and replacing them or just dragging them in

i decided to backup my modded rpfs and just to delete the entire x64v and use the vanilla one, everything works and is spawning fine.
