UVW MAPPING 3DMAX "I Need Help"

I Attach a label to a bulletproof vest for Michael character, apply UVW map, then export normally, when I test it in the game, crash the game.
I tried everything, but the result is not good, when I select the model in play, this crashing.
How different is the Uvw Mappingen gta v?
Please i need some help, I need a tutorial.
