"mysterious" crashes at the loading screen

i have no idea when this happened or what caused it, but all of a sudden my game started crashing around halfway of loading. i thought it was my graphics mods, but i uninstalled them, and it still crashes. i know its a mod because im able to play online.

all good. i just installed a different gameconfig.

@Modz4Me can you tell us which one? Others having same problem. Some say load the one for WOV even if you're not using it...other say use someone elses..
