how do i go about making 3d letters and emblems such as the ones on in the purple versions of badges and license plates, for example, the files ending in "_n" in the vehshare.ytd

@sixteen Use GIMP. Then click filters, map, and click on normal map. You can raise the intensity of the bumping before you commit.

after i go to map, theres not normal map for me

@sixteen It's a plugin you have to install separately. Search GIMP plugins normal map, there is also an insane bump, but only use that to create other types such as height maps or speculars for example.
