Where to edit weapon data?

I was trying to edit fire of rate, but nothing does the job!

Look for:

<TimeBetweenShots value="0.01000" /> (< Note: red value will be different for you)

which can be found under the:

<Item type="CWeaponInfo">

section for any given weapon in 'weapons.meta'

Reduce the value to make the gun fire faster
