EUP menu for s/p

as some of you may know, EUP addsdifferent outfits for stuff like LA Sheriff, Lifeguard etc and the only way to use the menu for it is in RPH but that drops my fps for some reason so i refuse to use it now. I was wondering if anyone could make a menu for it that you can use on GTA5.exe?
