[Script] LSPDFR Ready to go update

I had just downloaded this mod script a few hours ago and was stunned at how simply you start the game, press F7 and "BAM" a cop ped and a police car pops up! I thought to myself its a shame this author isnt around to update this mod. It was a great idea but came up short on not having a menu to customize your own officer ped and police car load out. I thought it might be a great idea, for someone to update this or create a similar mod based on a trainer layout. The idea is to set up your Officer ped and patrol vehicle one time. Then have an option to save it so that everytime you enter the game, you press one key and "BAM" your Ped and Patrol car are ready for duty without having to keep loading a saved ped and vehicle.
