Rage Plugin Hook Files

Okay so I am running the latest game version 1365 and when i try to copy the rage files over not all of them copy over. the problem only occurs in this folder with the rage files. i can drag other stuff in no problem. only about half of the files actually copy over. The ragepluginhook.exe can't get copied or moved anywhere so i cant play gta with rage. any help will be appreciated thanks
