Gta mods work then i get a big update

i have a mod problem i installed the game new installed trainer and that worked fine.Then i added addon aircraft mods, and had a big update i found no way around this, after the update i lost all mods.
im running the latest gta 5 (on windows version)
ive tried reinstalling scripthook and all other necessary files and still not result. any help will greatly be appreciated, thankyou
