RWG 4.7a - game loads infinitely

Hello,
I'm running GTA V social club version 1365 (online 1.43).
I've copied the update folder into a newly created mods folder in GTAV dir.
Then I edited the update.rpf according to the installation instructions from RWG download (via OpenIV).
When I start the game it will load forever and not let me play.Please find the OpenIV log here: https://pastebin.com/TC0dhvWr
Unfortunately I'm really unexperienced with this stuff, but I'll appreciate any help.

@esska08 Acronyms almost guarantee no response. RWG doesn't mean anything to me. Let's start with that.

@eshenk Sorry, I'm talking about "Refined Weapons and Gameplay" mod by State_of_Mind (https://www.gta5-mods.com/weapons/improved-gunplay-mod).

@esska08 Ok, I just looked at it. Too many of those files have been updated since the release of this mod. You will need to merge changes between the vanilla files and the modded ones. DL and install winmerge - it will make the process painless.
