Can't open Menyoo archive

I am trying to download Menyoo and everytime I download it downloads to a internet explorer file and I can't access it do i need something for the download to go into or what i know i am missing something and i cant figure it out and i'm quiet pissed at the moment....

This is not a GTA-specific "problem", more of a lack of understanding of what an archive manager is. Dunno what you'd be pissed at.
Use 7-zip or some other archive manager.
Also try to make descriptive thread titles. Basically, the pinned threads are there for you to look at.
